Installation best practices

  • Protect all positives with a fuse near the battery; respect polarity and the manufacturer's torque specification.
  • Keep short runs and adequate cross-sections to minimize voltage drop.
  • Use an accessible DC disconnector for maintenance and safety.
  • Centralize connections on busbars to avoid bunching at the battery terminal.
  • In multi-battery banks, balance connections (take + at one end and – at the opposite) for current distribution.
