The Eleksol Gel Battery 12V 180Ah 6GFM180G is a valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) monoblock battery with gelled electrolyte, sealed and maintenance-free. Designed for solar installations and critical backup, it combines thermal stability, low self-discharge, and a float design life of up to 12 years. Thanks to its Gel chemistry, it reduces stratification and maintains stable voltage during discharge, resulting in reliable autonomy for efficient electronics, telecommunications, and small 12 V inverters. Its compact format, M8 terminals, and ABS container allow for clean and safe integration in technical enclosures, off-grid homes, and hybrid solar/wind systems.

Compatibilities
Compatible with 12 V solar controllers (PWM or MPPT) configured for Gel/VRLA profile and adjustable voltages. PWM is suitable with “12 V nominal” modules (36 cells); MPPT is preferable with 60/120/144 cell modules or strings with Vmp > 18 V. Works with 12 V AC-DC chargers that apply IUoU curve for Gel and, preferably, temperature probe. Suitable for 12 V pure sine wave inverters within the bank’s capacity: with one unit, comfortable operation ~600–900 W continuous; for higher power or demanding peaks, increase Ah in parallel (symmetrical wiring, star topology) or switch to 24/48 V. Can be connected in series with identical 6GFM180G units for 24/36/48 V.
