The Lorentz PU150 C-SJ5-8 Submersible Solar Pump is a compact and efficient pump unit designed for medium flow applications with moderate heads in 4" boreholes. It combines the centrifugal hydraulic body PE C-SJ5-8 — made of AISI 304 stainless steel and featuring an integrated check valve — with a brushless, water-lubricated, IP68 ECDRIVE submersible motor. It offers performance of up to 4.6 m³/h and 20 m head, making it a reliable solution for gravity or low-pressure irrigation, tank filling, and water transfer using photovoltaic energy. This version is PU (does not include controller), ready to operate with Lorentz controllers that provide MPPT, electrical protections, and automation via probes and float switches.

Compatibilities
As a PU version, it requires an external controller. It is compatible with Lorentz PS2-150 controllers, which add MPPT, protections, and probe control. When integrated with PS2-150, size the PV generator to meet: aggregate Vmp > 17 V and total Voc ≤ ~50 V DC; ensure the Isc of the photovoltaic array is within the controller's range. Compatible spare parts and accessories: C-SJ series (PE C-SJ5-8 head), ECDRIVE motors, and Lorentz level/float sensors.
