Product Description

The Coplanar Aluminum Structure for Sheet Metal 5 Panels allows the installation of a coplanar row of five photovoltaic modules on metal roofs (corrugated/trapezoidal sheet or sandwich panel). The system is fixed on the crest of the corrugation using HEX AN16 self-drilling screws with EPDM sealing washer and uses 47×37 mm aluminum rails to provide rigidity, cable routing, and structural continuity. The result is a robust, watertight, and visually integrated installation, with the modules flush with the roof.

Capacity: 5 modules with 30–35 mm frame (landscape recommended; portrait compatible).
Direct fixation on the crest with HEX AN16 + EPDM; never in the valley.
Coplanar rail 47×37 mm with channel for M8 hammer screw and connectors.
Profiles in EN AW-6082 aluminum; A2/A4 stainless steel anti-corrosion fasteners.
Admissible slope: ≤30°; cable routing through the rail channel.
