The Sungrow SG250HX Three-Phase Solar Inverter | 250 kW is a next-generation string inverter for large-scale photovoltaic plants. Designed to operate at 1500 Vdc and three-phase output at 800 Vac, it offers outstanding conversion with a maximum efficiency of 99% and optimized electronics to reduce internal losses. Its 12 independent MPPT (24 strings in total) allow segmentation of the generator by roof sections, orientations, or module types—including bifacial—improving actual performance against partial shading and mismatches. With an IP66 enclosure and C5 corrosion class, AFCI protection, and Type II SPD on DC and AC, the SG250HX is ready to operate reliably in industrial environments and coastal areas, maintaining stable production throughout its service life. It incorporates advanced grid functions (LVRT/HVRT, Q at night, P/Q control and ramps), intelligent I-V curve diagnostics, and remote firmware updates, which simplifies O&M and reduces site visits.
