The Shurflo 255-213 1/2" NPS-M Pump Protection Filter 50 µm is an inlet filter (strainer) designed for installation on the suction line of diaphragm pumps such as the SHURflo 2088, 8000 series, and the submersible 9300. Its function is to prevent particles larger than 50 microns from entering the pump, reducing the risk of clogging and extending its service life. Manufactured with a polypropylene body and T-304 stainless steel mesh, it is transparent for quick visual inspection and is certified for use with drinking water (NSF 61).
