It includes a 12-module IP65 waterproof enclosure, a surge arrester specifically for photovoltaics rated at 600 V DC (2 poles, Type 2), and a 2P 50 A 800 VDC curve C photovoltaic circuit breaker. The coordination between the SPD and the circuit breaker allows mitigation of the effects of transients, overloads, and short circuits, preserving panels, connectors, and inverter electronics in demanding residential and commercial installations.
