The ZIRI 120m³ FCP750 1200W 20.8m³/h Solar Pool Kit is designed to filter family and residential pools of up to 120 m³ without relying on the electrical grid. The ZIRI FCP750 filter operates on direct current with an integrated MPPT, reaching a flow rate of 20.8 m³/h and a head of 24 m. It is combined with three JA Solar 455 W bifacial panels and the necessary cabling/connectors, offering a robust, silent, and low-maintenance system that drastically reduces the pool's energy cost.

Sizing and Operation

The PV array of the kit provides at least the power required for starting and operating the FCP750. Connect the 3 modules in series to keep the working voltage within the 80–150 VDC range of the pump's MPPT and respect the open-circuit voltage limit of the set in cold conditions. Place the panels with good ventilation, use DC isolation, and verify polarity before commissioning.

Recommended accessories and complements (not included): structures for 3 panels (coplanar or ground), IP65 waterproof box with cable glands, DC protections (circuit breaker and SPD 1500 V DC), check valve, pressure gauge, PVC pressure unions and fittings, and flow timer/switch for automation.
